Impact & Accountability

Impact we will earn — not claim.

These are new, structured initiatives. Rather than publish unverified numbers, we commit to measuring what we do — honestly, and independently — and to reporting outcomes as they emerge.

Our Commitment

Every programme is delivered under strict Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact Assessment.

Since 1998, the Trust has quietly supported students, families in need, and medical aid cases. As we transition into structured, professionally governed programmes, we choose not to publish approximate or historical numbers. Instead, each initiative going forward will carry defined outcomes, a monitoring framework, and — where required by partners — an independent impact assessment.

Baseline before launch

Every programme begins with a documented baseline — beneficiary profile, current outcomes, and success metrics defined jointly with our partners.

Structured monitoring

Attendance, participation, service delivery, and quality indicators are tracked continuously by the programme team.

Independent evaluation

Larger engagements are subject to independent third-party impact assessments, in line with CSR and funder requirements.

Transparent reporting

Partners receive periodic reports covering activities, outputs, outcomes, learnings, and course-corrections — with no inflated claims.

Reporting Cadence

What partners can expect.

  • · Programme design document with baseline, KPIs, and evaluation plan
  • · Quarterly progress updates with activity and output data
  • · Annual outcome review and learnings
  • · Independent end-of-programme impact assessment for multi-year engagements
  • · Access to audited financials and statutory disclosures

We would rather build measured impact together than describe it in advance.
